Pastor Byron serves with a heart full of compassion and a passion for helping people grow in their walk with God. At Faithway Church, he’s known for his authentic teaching, approachable spirit, and deep commitment to seeing lives changed through the power of the Gospel. Whether he's preaching on Sunday or praying with someone one-on-one, Byron brings clarity, care, and conviction to everything he does.
Outside of ministry, Byron is a devoted family man and a steady encourager to those around him. He believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them with grace and truth. With a love for the Word and a deep desire to see the church thrive, Pastor Byron continues to pour into the next generation of leaders while staying grounded in the mission: to love God, love people, and live by faith.
Worship Pastor - Weston
Pastor Wes is the lead pastor of Faithway Church, where he has faithfully served the congregation and community with passion and purpose. With a heart for people and a deep love for God’s Word, Pastor Wes is committed to helping others grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith with boldness and grace.
He began his ministry journey over 6 years ago, following a clear calling from God to shepherd and teach. Since then, he has led with wisdom, compassion, and a vision to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. His messages are known for being both practical and Spirit-led, speaking to the everyday challenges and victories of life.
Outside the worship pastoring, Pastor Wes is actively involved in mentoring leaders, supporting local outreach efforts, and building a church culture rooted in love, unity, and prayer. He believes the church should be a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to make a difference.
When he’s not preaching or serving, you’ll likely find him enjoying a good book, spending time with family, or cheering on his favorite sports team. His greatest joy is seeing people discover their identity in Christ and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
